ABOUT THE Befouled:
The Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery, "The Befouled SM ", also known as "Ole Smoky SM Moonshine Befouled SM " or "Ole Smoky Barn SM ", is located at the Isle in Pigeon Forge, TN and produces all of our signature flavors.
For those who don't make it "upwardly the hill" to Gatlinburg when they visit Dollywood or otherwise explore the Dandy Smoky Mountains, Ole Smoky® Tennessee Moonshine has launched a nearby outpost at The Island in Dove Forge. The new location for Ole Smoky®, the leading distiller of premium moonshine in the U.S.A., features the same elements (distillery, tasting bar, retail store) as its original hub in Gatlinburg, known every bit The Holler. Open since October 2014, the Pigeon Forge location is aptly called the Ole Smoky Barn.
The new location has approximately 6,000 square feet of public space, half the size of The Holler – America'south most visited distillery – with an adjacent onsite withal and tasting area that creates a more intimate experience. Built on an open up corner with abundant glass frontage, the Befouled benefits from 180 degrees of natural low-cal and a slightly contemporary feel, while echoing the design of the original Holler through the use of reclaimed local barnwood and similar finishes, fixtures, artwork and other elements. Moonshine made at the Barn is jarred, labeled and sold onsite.
